Certified Organic, 100% grass-fed Lamb, Hogget, Mutton, Goat and Beef from: SIWA, Roma, Western Qld
Adrian & Margaret Tiller produce excellent quality beef and lamb on certified organic grass plains of the Maranoa District. The animals are: FREE RANGE GRASS FED; ANTIBIOTIC-FREE; CHEMICAL-FREE; HORMONE-FREE and GROWTH PROMOTANT-FREE. They are treated humanely and calmly, with care and attention right through to the slaughtering process and our farming practices are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Our produce travels direct to Brisbane with minimal carbon footprint. We are certified with Australia’s largest certification body – Australian Certified Organics (the “bud” logo you can trust!). We ensure all of our meats are processed using no artificial additives or preservatives and best of all our lamb and beef taste amazing! Happy animals make happy customers, we believe!

Free-range, humane-choice Pork from: DAWSON VALLEY, Baralaba, Central Qld
Kim and Lucy House of Dawson Valley Free Range produce pigs under the “Humane Choice” certification. This is Sherwood Rd Organic Meats preferred accredition as it assures our customers that the pigs are guaranteed outside for the entirety of their lives, free to roam on pasture and encouraged to enjoy their natural instincts of grazing, digging and lying in the cool mud of a wallow. Their pork is produced without chemicals, hormones and antibiotics. They source all grain locally and can guarantee that it is free of GMO ingredients. They are also environmentally conscious and believe that farming can be done in a sustainable way to ensure health of the environment and the animals.

A small family run business, Fred and Sarah Stern grow and hand process the poultry on their farm. All Fred and Sarah’s birds are hand processed, from the pens to the abattoir, so there’s no stress in travelling and this is evident in the tenderness of the poultry. We also stock Bendele’s organic chicken livers which are extremely popular as they are extremely clean, containing no chemicals or antibiotics. Quality, freshness and integrity of their product is important to Fred and Sarah.
