Return/Refund policy
Siwa Fresh meat is free from hormones, antibiotics and insecticides and has lifetime traceability. If you follow the cooking recommendations for the cut of meat purchased you should enjoy a high standard of quality. If you are not satisfied with our product please contact us by email at info@siwafresh.com.au and we will arrange to collect the sample in question and any remaining uncooked items in the package. We will confirm if the product is not of the highest standard and investigate how this occured. A full refund will be offered in this case.

Payment policy
All major credit cards are accepted. Processing is done via 3rd party International Creditcard merchant E-way. All purchases are made in Australian Dollars $AUS only.

Siwa Fresh will notify you by email if the initial charge to your card is declined. A second attempt to bill the card will be made in three days. If the card is again declined and you have not provided alternate valid credit card information Siwa Fresh will cancel your order. Please note that services will not be activated until payment is received.

Pricing policy
Siwa Fresh will not change your fees during the middle of your billing cycle. If fees change, they will only apply to your next order. Siwa Fresh may change package features and specifications at its discretion. Siwa Fresh may change special promotions at its discretion, although not until a billing cycle is completed. Siwa Fresh endeavours to supply you with quantity and per kilo price as advertised, however this is an approximate guide and weights may differ.

Delivery policy

Siwa Fresh will advertise certain delivery dates and order deadlines pertaining to this date on our homepage, newsletters and facebook/twitter accounts. If you order before the deadline the delivery will be made to you as close as possible to the date specified UNLESS there are unforseen circumstances preventing the shipment from Roma (ie weather) or the shipment has sold out. If your order is placed after the deadline or the order has sold out we will include your order on the next available delivery. We aim to deliver weekly, all factors permitting. Siwa Fresh will always endeavour to deliver at a date/time that suits you however delivery of fresh products must be delivered on the day specified by us. Contact will be made in the days prior to the delivery date to discuss your delivery slot.


Siwa Fresh currently only delivers to Brisbane metropolitan area and suburbs. We may be able to deliver FROZEN product to Sunshine and Gold Coasts on certain days however orders must be placed over the phone.  If an order is placed online from outside the Brisbane region  then we will contact you to endeavour to arrange delivery, if necessary by Cold Courier (cost for service will be at the customers expense) and if no arrangement can be made then the customer will be refunded in full.
